Men’s Department Men of Standard Our Men’s Department is a place where men come together to grow stronger in their faith, build real connections, and sharpen one another. This ministry is focused on developing godly leadership, integrity, and purpose in every man. Through powerful experiences like our Men’s Retreat, Prayer Breakfasts, and fellowship outings such as bowling, BBQs, and other activities, we create space for men to be encouraged, refreshed, and strengthened—spiritually and personally.
